All stored and transmitted data is encrypted.
Only users can access their uploaded or test data — it is not accessible to IntegrateX employees.

While IntegrateX does not host production datasets, our platform aligns with key security principles outlined in HIPAA, SOC 2, and HITRUST. Formal certification is pending audit completion.
9. User-Controlled Data Retention and Deletion
You control your data at all stages.
When a user deletes their account, the following are deleted immediately:
- Logs
- Uploaded test data
- Stored workflow data
- User profile and configuration
Residual encrypted backup traces (if applicable) follow Azure’s automated purge schedule.
